Submit your POETRY manuscript of 20-30 pages here.
This year's judge, SAFIYA SINCLAIR, is the author of Cannibal and the recipient of a Whiting Writers’ Award, a Pushcart Prize, a Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Fellowship from the Poetry Foundation, among many other awards.
We recommend that manuscripts be cohesive and self-contained in the chapbook length.
Manuscripts should be paginated with a table of contents at the beginning, unless the form of the book does not warrant it. Please include a cover page with title of manuscript only--no identifying material should appear anywhere in the body of the manuscript. Your identifying information will be available to us via our submission manager when needed. Do not include an acknowledgements page.
All entrants will receive a copy of the winning poetry chapbook upon publication.
Submit here by AUGUST 31, 2017 if your mailing address is NOT in the United States or Canada. The higher submission fee reflects higher mailing costs to your area.
